As of Monday the 29th of October, the session days and times are changing.
Tuesday training sessions will cease to exist and new Monday sessions from 7pm to 9pm will take it’s place, not only do you get an earlier start to help you choke that Monday blues out but you’ll also get an extra half an hour to do it!
Saturday morning sessions will also change, they will now start at 11am and finish at 12 noon, giving you that wee bit longer in the morning to warm up (or lie in your pit!) and prepare for the session.
Please also note that there is no training this Saturday 6th October or Saturday the 20th of October due to the club attending competitions.
